This course helps you to look at your investment at a Trade Show as an overall presence, and not just a space on the show floor. You will gain insight into the various opportunities and offerings you can use to engage attendees before, during and after exhibit hours.

  • Understand the importance of creating an overall show presence, and how execution affects the attendees perception of a successful event
  • Identify the different opportunities to make your presence known pre-show and on-site
      • Learn best practices for gaining the most exposure with sponsorships and advertising
      • Learn how to work with the associations to customize sponsorships and advertising to meet your specific needs
  • Understand how to make the most of your booth space
      • Learn how to identify and secure the best booth space on the show floor
      • Learn how to create a booth environment that people will want to enter – and will remember!
  • Learn how to drive traffic to your booth
      • Learn about Booth driver activities – Promotional giveaways – Direct mail/email campaigns – Social Media campaigns – Presentations – Media relations materials – Brochures – Product slicks – Internal sales-support materials, and other marketing communications.
  • Learn how to train your sales staff to engage with attendees and get them to enter your space
  • Understand how to keep your presence known after hours
      • Learn about participation in show sponsored evening events

  • Refunds ~ A full refund, minus a $ cancellation fee, will be issued for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the first day of the course start date. There are no refunds for courses cancelled less than 21 days prior to the first day of the course start date, or for no-shows.
  • Substitutions ~ You may substitute another attendee for your registration at any time up until the first day of the course start date.
