Trade shows offer companies a way to get their products and services in front of thousands of potential customers. Learn how to create a dynamic presence at trade shows to increase product and company awareness, or introduce a new product or service into market.

Join us for this 2.5 day course where we will cover:

  • Key industry terminology
  • Understanding how to plan your trade show presence to meet your specific objective(s)
  • Take a tour through a convention center to better understand the inner-workings of how a trade show is produced
  • Show Floor Presence:
      • How to identify the best booth space on the show floor
      • How to identify the best sponsorship opportunities, and work with association to secure
  • Booth Design and Construction:
      • Learn about the different types of booth properties available, and the pros and cons of each
      • How to determine the size and composition of your trade show booth and signage
      • How to design your booth to support your marketing campaign
  • Booth Logistics:
      • Learn about coordinating all booth logistics (shipping, drayage, carpeting, electrical, internet, etc.)
  • Marketing Communications:
      • Learn about Booth driver activities – Promotional giveaways – Direct mail/email campaigns – Social Media campaigns – Presentations – Media relations materials – Brochures – Product slicks – Internal sales-support materials, and other communications.

We encourage students to bring in real-life projects they are working on and to ask questions!
(You will be able to meet with Subject Matter Experts as well.)

Policies:

  • Refunds ~ A full refund, minus a $ cancellation fee, will be issued for cancellations up to 21 days prior to the first day of the course start date. There are no refunds for courses cancelled less than 21 days prior to the first day of the course start date, or for no-shows.
  • Substitutions ~ You may substitute another attendee for your registration at any time up until the first day of the course start date.
